The SAS Group Traffic figures December 2012 SAS Group's December 2012 traffic figures SAS Group • SAS Group carried 1.8 million passengers in December, (scheduled) Dec 12 Change Nov-Dec 12 Change down 2.6%, reflecting different holiday pattern. • SAS Group’s capacity (ASK) was up by 3% and the Group’s ASK (Mill.) 2 630 3,0% 5 867 4,9% traffic (RPK) increased by 2.4%. Press Release The Power of Choice for Cargo Customers as Air France-KLM, Delta and Virgin Atlantic launch trans-Atlantic Joint Venture AMSTERDAM/PARIS, ATLANTA and LONDON: February 3rd, 2020 – Air France-KLM Cargo, Delta Air Lines Cargo and Virgin Atlantic Cargo are promising cargo customers more connections, greater shipment routing flexibility, improved trucking options, aligned services and innovative digital solutions with the launch of their expanded trans-Atlantic Joint Venture (JV). The new partnership, which represents 23% of total trans-Atlantic cargo capacity or more than 600,000 tonnes annually, will enable the airlines to offer the best-ever customer experience, and a combined network of up to 341 peak daily trans-Atlantic services – a choice of 110 nonstop routes with onward connections to 238 cities in North America, 98 in Continental Europe and 16 in the U.K. More choice and convenience for customers Customers will be able to leverage an enhanced network built around the airlines’ hubs in Amsterdam, Atlanta, Boston, Detroit, London Heathrow, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York-JFK, Paris, Seattle and Salt Lake City. It creates convenient nonstop or one-stop connections to every corner of North America, Europe and the U.K., giving customers the added confidence of delivery schedules being met by a wide choice of options. " — j7._____z. rzvZZZZ __*- r f annual report IN MEMORIAM Annual Report # for the f iscal Year October 1, 1958 — September 30, 1959 PER KAMPMANN SAS has suffered a great loss through the death, on April 7, 1959, of Mr. Per Kampmann, Board Chairman of the Danish parent company, Det Danske Luftfartselskab A/S, DDL. Early in life, Mr. Kampmann became one of the leaders of Danish civil aviation and made important contributions to the growth of DDL. His activities in civil aviation were marked by a Jinn belief in its fu ture. and by an exceptional ability to foresee the extent and nature of conditions likely to affect the future development of the industry. Even before the second world war, Mr. Kampmann was deeply inter ested in the idea of a closer co-operation between the airlines of (he Scandinavian countries. In spite of the difficulties imposed by war conditions, Mr. Kampmann, Board Chairman of DDL since 1940, continued liis planning for the /moling of commercial aviation re sources in Scandinavia. Consequently, at the end of the war, the ground was well prepared in Denmark for the realization of these /dans. In 1946, Mr. Kampmann became the first Chairman ofthe Board of Scandinavian Airlines System. For the rest of his life, lie continued to serve SAS as one of the three Board Chairmen. Per Kampmann is one of the great names in the history of Scandinavian SCA/V0JJVAVM/V A fAUWES SESEE/M civil aviation. SAS deeply feels the loss of a prominent leader and will DENMARK - NORWAY - SWEDEN remember him with gratitude. -

License Order No. LRLO 16-092B (Rev 3) OFFICE OF COMMERCIAL SPACE TRANSPORTATION LICENSE ORDER REGARDING FLIGHT AUTHORIZED BY LICENSE NO. LRLO 16-092 ISSUED TO VIRGIN GALACTIC, LLC 1. Authority: This Order is issued to Virgin Galactic (referred to as VG), under 51 U.S.C. subtitle V, chapter 509, and 14 C.F.R. Ch. III. 2. Purpose: This Order modifies License No. LRLO 16-092 issued concurrently by the Federal Aviation Administration’s Office of Commercial Space Transportation, authorizing VG to conduct suborbital RLV missions to launch the SpaceShipTwo (SS2) reusable launch vehicle utilizing the WhiteKnightTwo (WK2) carrier aircraft; and prescribes as conditions to License No. LRLO 16-092 certain requirements applicable to the authorization to conduct flights. 3. Authorization: VG is authorized to conduct flights: (a) Using SS2, in combination with the WK2 carrier aircraft that must hold a valid FAA experimental airworthiness certificate and must operate in accordance with the operating limitations of that certificate and the applicable sections of 14 C.F.R. part 91; (b) From Mojave Air and Space Port, California, and Spaceport America, New Mexico; (c) Transporting non-deployed scientific, experimental, or inert payloads; (d) According to the launch vehicle, launch vehicle systems, flight profiles, and safety management program represented in the VG application as of the date of this order, and any amendments to the license application approved by the FAA, in writing. Responsibility and Authority of SS2 Pilot In Command: (a) Prior to flight, VG must designate the pilot in command of the SS2 vehicle who is directly responsible for, and is the final authority as to, the operation of that vehicle. -
