Fold each 'Inside Mouth' circle in half and sew them shut flat around the edges to create semi- circles. Sew Row 6 of each of these pieces to Row 10 of the Top and Bottom Pieces. (There will be 20 stitches open on the Top and Bottom Pieces and only 18 around the edge of the semicircles. Be sure to compensate for this while you sew). Stuff the piece through the opening between the two 'Inside Mouth' pieces. Sew the folded edges of both semicircles together to close the mouth.
