Channel Crossings Outward Arriving at the Channel at approx. 2.00pm we take the most convenient crossing. Most are via Eurotunnel (see below) but some are by Ferry offering a Eurotunnel Terminal range of bars, restaurants and shops. Return Travel From France - Return transfer coaches/mini buses depart late afternoon (Port Grimaud 3.00pm, Argelès 4.30pm) before joining our fleet enroute at approximately 6.00pm. From Spain - Return feeder coaches leave resorts on Sunday and Thursday afternoons. Interchange in Spain - We now use the last fuel stop in Spain, at approximately 4.00pm, to allocate your reserved final mainline seating, settling down right through, usually to your original UK pick up point. Eurotunnel or Ferry - We reserve the right to change from Ferry to Eurotunnel, or vice-versa, any coach and at anytime. Our Holiday Lodges are now located in our main Siesta Area, located conveniently immediately behind the Site’s own main reception and with short and direct access out of the site to Port Grimaud’s attractions. For 2012 our area will have been transformed with new landscaped plots, more parking and feature our new 2 bedroomed Siesta 5 ‘Chalets ‘ (see below and page 47 for a full description and layout plan etc). This further compliments and is immediately adjacent to our popular 3 bedroomed Siesta 8’s and Siesta DeLuxe 8’s. Our superbly located area is only about 50 metres from the site’s service and amenities area consisting of the Supermarket, craft stalls, small shops, takeaways, restaurants, children’s amusement rides and the central bar area with regular live entertainments, some finishing at midnight. Please note that, additionally and subject to questionnaire/research in 2011, we have presently retained one or two of our DeLuxe 8’s located between our area and the beach. Barcelona Airport has it’s own train station with regular service to all of the above resorts, via Barcelona City Centre. Reus and Girona stations are located in the city centre, therefore you’ll need to take a bus or taxi into the city centre from the airport. Durations Our prices are usually based on a minimum stay of 6 or 7 nights, but shorter and longer stays are also available at all resorts.
Check-In/Check-Out Times Your accommodation is available for check-in from 4:00pm on your arrival day and must be vacated by 9:00am on your departure day.
Welcome... Arrival and Departure Times Prices are based on your arrival and departure being between 8:00am and 10:00pm. 9. Holiday Insurance - Essential/obligatory condition of booking
Rented Holiday Accommodation - You are responsible for any damage to your holiday accommodation. You may have a Contents Damage Waiver, however the actual accommodation must be covered by your Personal Travel Insurance (Personal/Public Liability Section). Pre-existing medical conditions - Any pre-existing medical conditions must always be declared to your Travel Insurance provider. Liability for non-declaration lies soley with you, the client, and not the Company. Baggage/personal articles - Notwithstanding that the same is insured through the Company all such items are carried by or on behalf of the Company at the clients risk.
Demands and Needs Statement - This travel insurance policy will suit the Demands and Needs of an individual, or group (where applicable) who have no excluded pre-existing medical conditions, are travelling to countries included within the policy terms and who wish to insure themselves against the financial impact of specified unforeseen circumstances/events relating to or occurring during the trip. Full details of these circumstances/events, levels of cover and terms and conditions can be found in the policy booklet. IMPORTANT - You may already possess alternative insurance(s) for some or all of the features and benefits provided by this product; it is your responsibility to investigate this. 11. Client conduct - Disruptive behaviour - adhering to conditions of booking
The company reserves the right to terminate the contract with any client(s) whose unacceptable conduct disrupts or affects fellow holidaymakers or staff, or for non adherence to our conditions of booking including SMOKING in coaches, mobile homes and Lodges, foul and abusive language and threatening or aggressive behaviour towards staff or guests enroute or abroad. In the event of such contract being terminated their alternative transport or accommodation becomes their own responsibility and the Company could further pursue for costs. Site regulations require STRICT SILENCE from MIDNIGHT to 8.00am and respect and consideration for all.
