Light coloured clothing is recommended where walks involve using busy roads. - Dogs are welcome on the walks. Please clear up after them and ensure they are under control at all times . - Please bring any medication with you as required. Suitable for those who do little or no physical activity at all. Using mostly flat, hard surfaced paths with no steep hills or steps, is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs. For further information, please contact: Level 2 30 – 60 minutes. Wednesday mornings - 10.00a.m. Level 2 + slightly more strenuous than Level 2. Wednesday afternoons - 2.00p.m. Weekly walks on Level 3 + longer than 90 minutes. Mondays & Thursdays Level ‘1 or 2’ walks cater for walkers of both abilities. Tuesday mornings - 10.00am (twice a month) Wednesday mornings – 10.30am
