I think the institution that received a matching grant was from one of our donor advised funds that does have such a program and we no longer administer that per Ann Beier, 510-836-3223 Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotia): They asked to be removed from the database because they are strictly volunteering. We will add them back to the database when we roll out a separate volunteer database in the near future. Northrop Grumman : Employees can now request up to four (4) matches (under $1000 in total) in any calendar year. Deadline is November 15 for same year gift. No hard copy acknowledgements of gifts are needed. Per Wikipedia: Fortune Brands was a holding company founded in 1969 as American Brands and later renamed in 1997 and split apart in 2011. The corporate headquarters was in Deerfield, Illinois in the United States . The company historically had a significant diversity of product offerings. It announced on December 8, 2010, that it planned to focus on its liquor business, and to spin off or sell other parts of the company — including home furnishings and hardware and other golf products. [1][2] The company then sold its Titleist and FootJoy product lines to FILA Korea . On October 3, 2011, it split the remainder of its business into two publicly-traded companies: Fortune Brands Home & Security (NYSE : FBHS )[3] and Beam Inc. (NYSE : BEAM ). On the database, Fortune Brands ID 42000 is now being used by Beam, Inc. It is currently unknown as to whether Fortune Brands Home & Security has a program. Westmoreland Coal suspended their program in 2008. National SemiConductor purchased by Texas Instruments.
