Moving Forward: The future of passenger transport in Leicestershire Engagement Pack (Part B) Characteristics of the services 120 and 155 Service 120 runs from Leicester to Coalville on a two-hourly basis. Service 155 runs from Coalville to Castle Donington via East Midlands Airport on a two-hourly basis. Both services are operated from Monday to Saturday by Roberts Coaches and all departures are supported by the county council. The score of 8 out of 35 indicates a weak case for support from the County Council for service 155. Further Analysis Passenger data was analysed in more detail for 3 representative weeks in April, May and June 2019. The analysis demonstrated that on service 120 there were approximately 10 single passenger journeys on average per departure in each direction (Monday to Friday) and 8 – 9 single passenger journeys on average per departure on Saturdays. On service 155, there were approximately 2 - 3 single passenger journeys on average per departure in each direction (Monday to Friday) and less than 2 single passenger journeys on average per departure on Saturdays.
