This period begins upon the date of shipment if the hardware is installed by the Purchaser, or upon installation if the Hardware is installed by TROY. During the warranty period, TROY will repair or replace the unit at no charge provided it is returned to TROY with the freight pre-paid. The warranty on repaired products or replacement products is 30 days or the last day of the warranty of the original defective product, whichever is longer. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, natural catastrophe, modification, improper service, or conditions resulting from causes external to the product.
