Hannah Montana Hannah Montana Hannah Montana est une série télévisée américaine créée par Michael Poryes, Richard Correll et Barry O'Brien et diffusée de- puis le 24 mars 2006 sur Disney Channel. En France, la série est diffusée depuis le 3 octobre 2006 sur Disney Channel et depuis le 1er septembre sur France 2 dans l'émission KD2A et, au Québec, depuis le 18 juin 2007 sur VRAK.TV. Hannah Montana est également diffusée depuis le 15 février 2010 sur NRJ12 dans l'émission Disney Break. Le 1er juin 2009, Disney Channel a annoncé la commande d'une quatrième saison de Hannah Montana, cette saison serait pro- bablement la dernière Hannah Montana Série Hannah Montana Cette série met en scène Miley Stewart qui mène une double vie : le jour, elle est une lycéenne et le soir, elle devient une célèbre pop star : Hannah Montana, qui cache son secret au public avec une perruque de cheveux blonds afin de pou- voir passer du temps avec ses amis et vivre son rêve. Hannah Montana est l'idole des jeunes. Les places pour ses concerts et ses albums se vendent comme des petits pains. Dans la vie de tous les jours, Hannah se nomme en réalité Miley Stewart. Elle vit à Malibu en Californie près de la plage, avec son père, Robby Stewart, qui est aussi son manager, et son grand frère Jackson Stewart. La mère de Jackson et de Miley est morte trois ans plus tôt, obligeant leur père Robby à aban- donner sa carrière de chanteur afin de s'occuper d'eux. À l'école, elle est loin d'être la plus populaire des élèves, elle aurait même tendance à être la cible des moqueries des fashion victimes (Amber et Ashley), totalement fans d'Hannah Montana. Les deux meilleurs amis de Miley, Lilly Truscott et Oliver Oken, qui connaissent son secret et sont toujours là pour l'aider quand elle a des ennuis qu'elle provoque généralement elle-même. Elle est très proche de sa meilleure amie, Lilly. Au fil des épisodes, certains dé- couvrent son secret... Hannah Montana.

Toukokuu 2015 _____________________________________________________________________________ Tutkielmassani tarkastelen Disney Channelilla esitetyn sarjan, Hannah Montanan, karakterisaatiota eli henkilöhahmojen rakentumista ja karakterisaation keinoja. Analyysissä keskityn karakterisaation välittymiseen audiovisuaalisiin käännöksiin eli tekstitykseen ja dubbaukseen. Tavoitteena on selvittää ovatko käännökset onnistuneet säilyttämään karakterisoivia piirteitä alkuperäisestä dialogista ja onko eri käännösten välillä suuria eroja verrattuna toisiinsa. Teoreettisena lähtökohtana tutkimuksessani on esitellä audiovisuaalisen kääntämisen käytäntöjä ja karakterisaation erilaisia määritelmiä sekä karakterisaation keinoja. Karakterisaation määritelmät ovat usein peräisin kirjallisuuden tai draaman tutkimuksesta, mutta ovat sovellettavissa myös audiovisuaaliseen aineistoon. Background of Study In conversation, the speaker(s) and the hearer(s) can achieved an ideal communication when they have a good interaction and try to cooperate to each other so that they understand and there is a correlation to the current topic which they talk. When the speaker(s) and the hearer(s) have given a good contribution in a conversation and use the good language, it shows that they have fulfilled the rule of language. As Yule (1996:37) said that in most circumstances, the assumption of cooperation is so pervasive that it can be stated as a cooperative principle of conversation and elaborated in four sub-principles, called maxims. This principle is the best practices in communication in order to facilitate the process of conversation to be smoother for the participants. But in fact, there are many people who disobey this principle. This is called as the violation of maxim. The violation of maxim occurs in a condition where someone fails to fulfill a maxim in conversation. There are times when meaning deliberate violations. It can be occurred when someone wants to create prolixity, to show 1 2 respect, to change the topic/subject and also for humor purpose (Cook, 1989:30-31). Sometimes people express their opinion and ideas with concise, humorous, dramatic, exaggerating and sarcastic method to achieve certain effects, thereby people could feel content and funny, and even get enlightenment and meditation (Pan, 2012:20). Recently, comedy cannot be dismissed in social life. It can be occurred in daily conversation and also in television programs to create humor.
