See Lisa for further details. 5 HASSRA Leeds Member Benefits Health & Fitness Commando Fit The COMMANDO FIT military style outdoor exercise sessions are entering their second season in Temple Newsam, Leeds. Started in response to people wanting to get fit using the same course used in the Race for Life, they have been getting fantastic results for their clients ever since. When you consider that you get a whole month of exercise classes for no more than £28 they are one of the most cost effective ways to exercise and get results, quickly. You can also make use of the classes at Wakefield and Bradford also for the same cost for maximum flexibility and benefit. The success of the clients is largely down to the instructors, all past or present serving military personnel, and they certainly understand how to motivate and support the clients through their one hour exercise session. So if you are not getting any fitter using your current methods or need that EXTRA push and motivation then get yourself down there and join some of your colleagues.
