Christianity has a major impact on its followers everyday life. Christians live by the Bible known as " The Bread of Life," "The Book of Instructions," and "The only infallible written word of God." Religion affects human's actions, behavior, and lifestyle. Christians live by many rules and an example of the life of Jesus. IN the book of Exodus the "Ten Commandments" were established. These commandments were God's laws. Many Christians today still live by these rules. For example, one of the commandments are "Thou Shall not Kill." This rule doesn't have to be physical, but verbal and maybe emotional. So we all have killed somebody in so shape or form. Christians use these rules as tools for outreaching. Each rule has a different aspect and can get deeper than we think. Every Christians try to live by these commandments to be able to go to heaven. In the biblical days if they didn't obey God's rules they would receive his wrath. In the New Testament the most amazing thing occurred. God had sent his only son down to earth to for fill the law. Jesus preached and showed that we should love our neighbor. He proved his love by dying on the cross for our sins. The scripture John 3:16 says " For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that who believe in him shall have everlasting life. A quote says " No greater love that a man have, that he laid down his life for a friend. Jesus' life affected many people even today. Christians preach and teach the love of Christ. That if we see our neighbor is in need to help them out., or not to stab anybody in the back. To treat others as you would want to be treated. There is so much more that people can say about Jesus, but love had the most impact on the world. Christianity affects the life of its followers physically, mentally, and emotionally. Just by following simple rules and striving to live life as Christ did. We all come short of our faith walk, but because of the love Jesus has for us, we have a second chance to make it right. We aren't perfect, but we want to achieve the awesome reward that comes when we have lived a righteous life and obeyed God's commandments..
