The nominated Judges are directed to observe the following instructions: • To send soft copy of atleast one article/presentation/research paper/order authored by them for sharing and discussion in the training on official email of the State Judicial Academy i.e. [email protected] atleast three days prior to the schedule of the Workshop. To apprise themselves with the contents of the Joining Instructions available on the MPSJA website www.mDsia.aov.in & www.mDsia.mDhc.aov.in and observe the same. • As the Workshop is of two days duration and the programme will continue beyond 5.30 p.in., the participants will not be permitted to leave the Academy prior to the conclusion of the programme. Therefore, they are directed to make their return reservations accordingly. 6. Barring exceptional circumstances, the participants nominated for the Workshop shall not pray for adjustment. Thereafter, he seized the amount and other articles from the accused/petitioner and other co-accused. He found that accused/petitioner and other co-accused are involved in prostitution. Accused/petitioner and other co-accused were arrested, FIR was lodged under Section 370 read with Section 34 of IPC and Sections, 3, 4, 5, 6 of Immoral Trafficking (Prevention) Act, 1956. College Niwari M.P, India [email protected] Available online at: www.isca.in, www.isca.me Received 5th January 2020, revised 8th May 2020, accepted 10th August 2020 Abstract The present paper provides the information regarding the phenological events of some woody plants of Niwari district of Madhya Pradesh. The phenological characteristics such as flowering, fruiting and fruit fall were recorded for 27 woody plants. The results revealed that the six types flowering and fruiting behavior in these woody plants. Two major periods of fruit fall viz. winter and summer were recognized. In rare cases (Alangium lamarckii, Azadirachta indica, Cordia myxa) the fruit fall occurs in rainy season. It is hoped that the present study may be useful for conservation and management of forests.
