2019 CONFERENCE USA FAN FEST EVENT INFORMATION HOURS OF OPERATION: The C-USA Fan Fest is a free event with fun for all ages. Try to sink all 5 of the Around the World game’s most common shots in 30 second. Michael's This area is geared specifically for the younger set. Children will burn a lot of energy Kids Court shooting on kid sized basketball goals. Globe Life Find your spot in life! Start with the up close youth shot and work your way up to a real Spot in Life college height and distance shot. Last Second Shot Rent-A-Center C-USA's free throw leaders are Kierra Anthony from LA Tech and Ako Adams from Rice. Free Throw Challenge How many consecutive free throws can you make? Can you hold the daily record? Pick your background at the photo booth, or test your strength at the pull up bar and Air Force Reserve hangtime challenge. Visit with a recruiter and learn about part-time job opportunities in Mobile Unit and Trailer the Air Force Reserve. Live radio remotes with be set up in the lobby of the Omni Hotel, the C-USA Headquarter Hotel, right next to the C-USA Fan Fest 5:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. – The Musers George Dunham, Craig Miller, and Gordon Keith have been entertaining listeners for more than 20 years in morning drive on the Ticket. 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Norm Hitzges & Donovan Lewis Norm Hitzges hosted the first full-time sports talk-show in morning drive time in the country right here in Dallas Ft Worth over 30 years ago. Known to Ticket P1s as “The Great Donovan,” or “Donnie-Doo”, Donovan Lewis co hosts 10am-12n with Radio Hall of Famer Norm Hitzges. 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – BaD Radio “BaD Radio” usually never is. Hosted by Bob Sturm and Dan McDowell along with Donovan Lewis. This trinity of lunchtime sports talk has been together since Donovan joined in 2006. 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. – The Hardline When the Hardline hits the air during the afternoon drive home, thousands consequently millions of P1s know exactly what they’re going to get from Mike Rhyner- the “Godfather” of the Little Ticket and his little buddy “Snake” Corby Davidson. It’s the four most controversial, hard hitting, in your face must-hear hours of radio to be found anywhere in Dallas-Ft. Worth. RADIO REMOTES Saturday 3/6 1 – 3 p.m. – 94.9 KLTY with Bonnie Curry Bonnie has spent the past 21 years encouraging and inspiring millions of listeners. Now syndicated on 90+ stations around the country, Bonnie loves sharing real-life stories and listeners love her humor and unique ability to make everyone feel better. Over the years, Bonnie has worked at prestigious stations like KVIL and KRLD as an on-air personality and behind the scenes as part of the creative department. She has won many awards as a copywriter, producer and journalist and is considered one of the top female on-air personalities in radio. She is also a nationally recognized voice talent and can be heard on radio and television stations around the country. Recently, she expanded her reach and is now heard in countries like Germany, Spain, Canada and the UK. Currently, she is the Creative Services Director and host of Feel Good Drive Home on 94.9 KLTY. She has been with the station for more than 19 years and maintains a top five position in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. Bonnie has been married to Ernest, her high-school sweetheart, since 1986 and has two daughters: Erin and Staci. She is an active member of her community and is the founder of the #SpeakLove movement. In her spare time, she loves to garden and tries to see as many movies as possible. Her husband is a wonderful cook and she fully supports his talent by cleaning up the kitchen. 3 – 5 p.m. – 97.5 KLAK with Randi Taylor They don’t get any more local than Randi Taylor. Born in McKinney, she’s a graduate of McKinney North High School. Randi left McKinney to attend college at Arkansas, but returned to the place she calls home. Randi love sports, especially hockey, basketball and baseball.
