We offer you a full year a flexibility for your groups and/or events, at hundreds of participating hotels in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

You will enjoy the following benefits for new reservations, for groups and/or events of up to 50 people, booked and held between 1 January and 31 December, 2021:

• You can reduce the number of expected event attendees by 10% (per day), up to the day of arrival, free of charge. • If you need to cancel up to 14 days prior to event, eligible fees can be utilized as a credit for future events held by March 31, 2022. • If you are unable to redeem your credit, we will refund you after your credit has expired². • No prepayment required, when guaranteeing the event with a credit card.
