Are any employees being laid off because of this early closure? If so, what will happen to them? We expect approximately 10‐15 seasonal associates will be affected, and our HR team will address each of them on a one‐on‐one basis.

Are you getting any new rides? The investments are focused on items that will improve the overall guest experience – the new front gate, better ride uptime, improvements in food and beverage operations, and enhanced restrooms. Our guests have told us that these are things that are important to them, and we are responding.

Can I get a refund if I already purchased a 2019 indoor ticket? You can exchange your 2019 Galveston Indoor Ticket for a 2020 Galveston Any Day ticket valued at $54.99 which is valid throughout the entire 2020 season.
