Target intends to announce additional locations over the next several months, the company said in a press release today. Context The City Centre Servicing Assessment (Assessment) is a high-level summary of estimated costs and proposed funding sources (e.g., Development Cost Charges) for servicing requirements (including transportation, utility, parkland acquisition and improvements, and recreation and culture facilities) that are needed to support the implementation of the City Centre Area Plan (CCAP). These servicing requirements are based on the projected increase of approximately 14,000 dwelling units (27,000 people) and 345,000m² of commercial floor space anticipated to be developed within City Centre over the next 30 years1.
