• Conceptualised in close collaboration with the Food Manufacturers’ Association and Singapore Manufacturing Federation.

• Shared integrated cold room and warehouse facility (CWF), will help companies save on capital costs and enable quick start-up.

JTC Food Hub @ Senoko • StorBest will operate cold room, warehousing and distribution services at the Food Hub.

• Target completion: end 2017 Developing Innovative & Flexible Spaces Engaging partners to cater to industry needs

• Worked with Singapore Furniture Industries Council (SFIC) to establish a 10,000sqm Furniture and Furnishings Experience Centre at the Hub.

• This centre managed by SFIC will comprise: o a trade showroom; o training institute and; o design studio, alongside JTC’s factory units

• Target completion: end 2018
