    Phi Mu Fraternity has a new system for alumnae to submit recommendations. This system will be much easier for our collegiate chapters. Our new form does not support attachments at the moment, but please know that attachments such as a picture or resume are not required. To replace the attachment feature, you can add a weblink (URL). This could be a link to a Facebook picture, a LinkedIn profile or to a cloud-based drive such as Dropbox or Google Drive. You may also create a URL from a .pdf document. How to Create a URL from a PDF 1. Save your document as a PDF. a. Whether it is a picture (.jpg or .tff) or a Word document, you can choose File > Save As, then use the dropdown menu to choose PDF. 2. Open your PDF document in Adobe Reader. For most people, this will be the standard program on your computer to open a PDF document. If not, you can download the program here. 3. Select File > Send File > Send & Track. 4. Click Create Link. 5. Then select Copy Link. 6. Now you can paste the link into the URL field of the Online Recommendation Form.
