Top value at over £1,600 for a shapely Limousin steer from Messrs W T Bryant & Sons of St Martin, who also took the top average with two Limousin heifers at 239p/kg followed by a young blocky Limousin steer at 238p/kg from Messrs W H & L M Williams & Son of Allet, Truro. Another good batch of single-suckled Limousins from Messrs George Richards Farms of Summercourt, together with an exceptionally muscled British Blue heifer from the same farm.

A heavy South Devon cow from Gwealavellan Partners, Gwithian topping at just under £1,450 and top average at 173p/kg for an impressive 10 year old Limousin from Messrs W T Bryant & Sons of St Martin, Helston.

A fine pair of butchers quality heavies from Mr B Cowell of Helston, closely followed at £114.50, also bought by Jaspers. The best pick of a good run forward from Messrs J J & H E Collins of Tresillian sold to 246p/kg, sold to J V Richards Ltd of Perranwell Station.
