[email protected] Abstract: Paper highlights the current state of open access repositories (OARs) movement in Agricultural field of Asian countries. It describes their characteristics in terms of types, contents, disciplines, languages covered, technical and operational issues, and policy matters. Compares and evaluates repositories against selected parameters and makes some recommendations for the growth of agricultural repositories Worldwide.
