ONTARIO REGULATION 166/06 PERMIT APPLICATION EX10.1 IS A MAJOR APPLICATION Applications that involved a more complex suite of technical studies to demonstrate consistency with policies; applications that cover a significant geographic area (e.g. subdivisions, stormwater management ponds), extensive modifications to the landscape, major infrastructure projects, emergency works, resolution of violations/after the fact permits, trail construction TOWN OF MARKHAM EX10.1 10 CACHET PARKWAY To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure and site grade on Lot 61, Plan 5316, (10 Cachet Parkway), in the Town of Markham, Rouge River Watershed. The purpose is to recognize the recent construction of a two-storey rear sunroom addition, ancillary shed, minor landscaping, and a replacement retaining wall as well as to facilitate the removal of a recently constructed deck structure and asphalt paving in order to resolve an outstanding TRCA violation within a TRCA Regulated Area of the Rouge River Watershed in the City of Markham.74 PERMIT APPLICATIONS EX10.2 - EX10.9 ARE MAJOR APPLICATIONS - ERRATA Staff's recommendation for approval is based upon the review and acceptance of additional information from the applicant. The applicant has been informed that the information outstanding must be reviewed and accepted by staff prior to the Executive Committee Meeting. Staff will advise that this application be withdrawn from the Executive Committee Agenda should this information remain outstanding. 3 CITY OF BRAMPTON EX10.2 CLAIREVILLE HEIGHTS LIMITED To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure and site grade on Lot 6, 7, Concession 8 ND, 45, 55 and 65 Yorkland Boulevard, in the City of Brampton, Humber River Watershed as located on the property owned by Claireville Heights Limited - c/o Castleridge Homes. The purpose is to undertake works within a TRCA Regulated Area of the Humber River Watershed in order to facilitate the construction of a high-rise apartment building with an underground parking garage associated with a municipal official plan amendment application, zoning by-law amendment application and site plan application. 77 CITY OF TORONTO [ETOBICOKE YORK COMMUNITY COUNCIL AREA] EX10.3 CITY OF TORONTO To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, site grade and temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere in High Park, near Parkside Drive and Bloor Street West, in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Waterfront Watershed as located on property owned by the City of Toronto. The purpose is to construct a dog off-leash pathway within High Park. Works will include the construction of a granular trail, staircase and fence. No in-water works are included within the scope of this project. 81 EX10.4 GO TRANSIT - A DIVISION OF METROLINX To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, site grade and alter a watercourse on Lot 23, 24, Concession C, (near Weston Road south of Highway 401), in the City of Toronto (Etobicoke York Community Council Area), Humber River Watershed as located on the property owned by Go Transit - A Division of Metrolinx and the Weston Golf and Country Club. The purpose is to construct Section 7 of the Metrolinx/Go Transit Georgetown South Service Expansion and Union-Pearson Rail Link (GSSE-UPRL) project including expansion of the existing single-track rail system over the Humber River Bridge in order to accommodate four rail tracks. During the TPA process for this project, it was established that the expansion of the three in-water piers over the Humber River will constitute a destruction of approximately 129m2 of fish habitat by Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) and deemed as a Harmful, Alteration, Disruption and Destruction (HADD) under the Federal Fisheries Act. Thus, Metrolinx, with assistance from TRCA has obtained a Fisheries Authorization under Section 35 (2) of the Fisheries Act. The project area includes the existing rail tracks located between Islington Avenue and Weston Road, south of the Highway 401, in Toronto. 83 4 CITY OF TORONTO [NORTH YORK COMMUNITY COUNCIL AREA] EX10.5 CITY OF TORONTO To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure, site grade, temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material originating on the site or elsewhere in the Finch Avenue Hydro Corridor from Bayview Avenue to Leslie Street, in the City of Toronto (North York Community Council Area), Don River Watershed, as located on property owned by Hydro One Networks Inc. The purpose is to construct a new 3.5m wide asphalt multi-use pathway within the existing Hydro One corridor north of Finch Avenue East, from Bayview Avenue to Pineway Boulevard. No in-water works are associated with this project. 86 CITY OF VAUGHAN EX10.6 KLEINBURG NORTH LANDOWNERS GROUP INC. To site grade and temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere on Lot 30, Concession 9, 11388 Highway 27, in the City of Vaughan, Humber River Watershed as located on the property owned by Kleinburg North Landowners Group Inc. The purpose is to conduct topsoil stripping works in order to facilitate the servicing and grading/development of residential subdivisions in the Humber North Extension Area in Kleinburg, Vaughan. 87 TOWN OF AJAX EX10.7 BEECHRIDGE FARMS INC. AND MONARCH BEECHRIDGE AJAX INC. To site grade, temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere and interfere with a wetland on Lot 5, 6, Concession 3, Salem Road and Rossland Road, in the Town of Ajax, Carruthers Creek Watershed as located on the property owned by Beechridge Farms Inc. and Monarch Beechridge Ajax Inc.. The purpose is to construct a trail system, a low impact development stormwater management bioswale, exfiltration swale, overflow outlets and associated lot grading and permanent fill placement within a Regulated Area associated with Carruthers Creek. 89 TOWN OF CALEDON EX10.8 ARGO CALEDON CORPORATION To site grade and temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere on Lot , Concession 1 EHS Lot 21, 22, Plan 21T - 12001, Highway 10 and Old School Road, in the Town of Caledon, Etobicoke Creek Watershed as located on the property owned by Argo Caledon Corporation. The purpose is to is to facilitate initial earthworks and servicing associated with a new residential plan of subdivision. 92 5 TOWN OF RICHMOND HILL EX10.9 CASA EAST DEVELOPMENTS INC. To construct, reconstruct, erect or place a building or structure and temporarily or permanently place, dump or remove any material, originating on the site or elsewhere on Lot 4, 5, Concession 2, Bethesda Side Road, Sunset Beach Road, Bayview Park Lane, in the Town of Richmond Hill, Humber River Watershed as located on the property owned by Town of Richmond Hill.
