Prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you as your women, ready and willing to be all and do all that you are calling us to be and do. We want to be faithful. We want to be strong. We want you to work through us to shine your love and your light so those around us can know your love, too. Please help us encourage one another along the way.

Give our new leaders all they need for the jobs you have called them to; help them lead well. This is your work, Father. You have shown us over and over that you still have much you want to accomplish through us. We know you see this work as important for your kingdom. Please give us, as leaders, the wisdom to know what you are saying and learn do your work even better. The world needs you. Thank you for the privilege of serving you.
