The highest investment expenditures were associated with production of the latest sniper game, Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts. Some of the funds were spent on production of Lords of the Fallen 2 and, through our subsidiary United Label, for indie games of independent producers. In 2019, CI Games sold over 1.7 million PC and console games, achieving PLN 47.5 million of revenues from sales for the entire previous year and a gross profit of PLN 0.2 million. In the second quarter of 2019, we decided to terminate the development partnership of Lords of the Fallen 2 with Defiant Studios, located in New York. We analyzed various opportunities and chose to move ongoing production of this game to our internal team and complement with select developer subcontractors as needed. The plan is to significantly increase staffing for the internal production studios in three locations. Currently, the Lords of the Fallen 2 project is overseen by two very experienced producers, with whom we have developed a more modern product vision and direction for this franchise.     1 r. Drodzy Akcjonariusze, CI Games w ubiegłym roku konsekwentnie realizowało swoją strategię. Największe inwestycje zostały poniesione na produkcję najnowszej gry snajperskiej Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts. Część środków została wydana na produkcję gry Lords of the Fallen 2 oraz poprzez spółkę zależną United Label - na gry indie niezależnych producentów. W 2019 CI Games sprzedała ponad 1,7 mln sztuk gier na PC i konsole osiągając 47,5 mln zł przychodów ze sprzedaży za cały ubiegły rok i wypracowując zysk brutto w wysokości 0,2 mln zł. W drugim kwartale 2019 zdecydowaliśmy o rozwiązaniu umowy na produkcję gry Lords of the Fallen 2 ze studiem Defiant, z siedzibą w Nowym Jorku. Po przeanalizowaniu różnych możliwości zdecydowaliśmy się na dalszą produkcję tej gry wewnętrznym zespołem, w modelu biznesowym opierającym się o współpracę z zewnętrznymi podwykonawcami. Konsekwencją tego planu ma być istotny wzrost zatrudnienia w wewnętrznych studiach produkcyjnych, w trzech lokalizacjach geograficznych. Obecnie nad projektem Lords of the Fallen 2 czuwa dwóch bardzo doświadczonych producentów, z którymi wspólnie wypracowaliśmy unowocześnioną wizję i kierunek tego projektu. Chcemy jednocześnie wykorzystać jak najwięcej z dotychczasowych prac nad grą. W listopadzie 2019 wydaliśmy Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts, czwartą grę w serii snajperskiej SGW. Została ona pozytywnie przyjęta przez graczy i media na całym świecie, co zapewne miało przełożenie na jej sprzedaż. Przychody uzyskane z najnowszego Snajpera są kluczowe w zeszłorocznych wynikach finansowych. Solidne wyniki tego tytułu są wyjątkowo ważne dla Spółki, gdyż pozwalają nam planować długoterminowy rozwój gier w oparciu o tę kluczową dla nas markę. Chcemy istotnie skrócić czas pomiędzy ukazywaniem się kolejnych odsłon w serii i wierzę, że w obecnej formule gry mamy na to bardzo dużą szansę.
