INTERNATIONAL HERMAN KARE TOURNAMENT

We have a pleasure to invite your team to participate in the FILA Calendar tournament Herman Kare to be held on 11 January 2014 in Kouvola, .

Invited countries: Belarus, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, , , Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Mordovia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, , St. Petersburg, , Tajikistan, Ukraine and USA.

Competition venue: Mansikka-ahon Urheiluhalli, Huovinhongantie 1, 45200 Kouvola, Finland

Time: Saturday 11 January at 11.00 and 18.00

Weight categories: Greco-roman: 59, 66, 71, 75, 80, 85, 98 and 130 kg (+2 kg) Freestyle: 61, 65, 70, 74, 86 and 97 kg (+2 kg)

The preliminary entries should reach the Finnish Wrestling Federation by 10 November 2013 and the nominative entries by 10 December 2013.

Financial conditions: The Organising Committee will provide board and lodging from 10 to 12 January 2014 for:

 8 wrestlers, 2 coaches and 1 referee in Greco-Roman style  6 wrestlers, 1 coach and 1 referee in Freestyle

The delegations whose composition doesn’t correspond to the invitation, as well as the delegations staying for a longer period than scheduled should pay 50 € / day / person.

The leaders of the delegations must fulfil their financial obligations towards the Organising Committee upon arrival.

Accommodation: The delegations will be accommodated in the following hotel:

Connections: Kouvola railway station 5 km - Airport 130 km Helsinki harbour 130 km

The Organising Committee will organise one free bus transportation from Helsinki to Kouvola and from Kouvola to Helsinki as following:

 10.01.2014: from Helsinki harbour(s) at about 11:30  10.01.2014: from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport at about 12:00  12.01.2014: from Kouvola to Helsinki (harbours and Airport) at about 06:00
