Hampden Park serves as the national stadium for Scotland and is the home of amateur Scottish League club Queen’s Park F.C. who actually own the stadium. The stadium regularly hosts the latter stages of the and competitions and has previously hosted 3 Champions League finals, a UEFA Cup final and the . Since the redevelopment of Hampden was completed in 1999 and with further improvements made in 2014, the capacity for sporting events is now 52,063.

5 GETTING TO THE STADIUM

BY TRAIN Hampden Park is a 10 minute walk from Kings Park Station, which as been advised by the Scottish Police to be used by English supporters. Trains for this station run from Glasgow Central. For more information, refer to National Rail timetables here: nationalrail.co.uk BY BUS The most frequent bus service from Glasgow City Centre is the number 75 by First Bus, alighting at Aitkenhead Road. For bus timetables, please go to: travelinescotland.com Please note that there is no public parking in the vicinity of the stadium on major event days so we would encourage you to use public transport. For information on public parking, please go to: cityparkingglasgow.co.uk BY FOOT For those of you wishing to walk to the stadium, it is straightforward route form the city centre and should take approximately 45 minutes.

IT IS AN OFFENCE: • To be in possession of any pyrotechnic devices including flares and fireworks. • To attempt to enter the stadium with any bottles, cans or containers. • To be visibly drunk within a stadium or its surrounding area. • To use threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to stir up racial or sectarian hatred. • To enter the stadium without a valid match ticket. • To bring any flags, banners or other articles that could be used as a weapon; or could cause annoyance or unnecessary obstruction. STADIUM ACCESS The stadium entrance for our supporters will be sign-posted. The stadium will open at 3.30pm; fans are advised to arrive at least 60 minutes before kick-off as security checks can take some time. For security reasons, you are discouraged from bringing bags to the stadium but if it is essential, small bags will be allowed. Flags are allowed in the stadium but there is a size limit of 2m x 1m. Members are advised that there is limited space to hang flags in the stadium, but if you wish to do so, please arrive when turnstiles open. MATCH TICKETS Travel Club members are advised to bring a form of photo ID with them when attending the match. As per all England away matches, tickets issued via The FA are non-transferable (to members and non-members) and cannot be used by any other supporter. Duplicate tickets will not be issued to members who have lost, stolen or damaged their ticket so please take care of your match ticket at all times.

8 TICKET COLLECTION POINTS

Please bring either your current 2016-2018 Travel Club membership card or any up-to-date photo identification to collect your ticket. If you are part of a group, each member must collect their ticket in person. Please be aware that all members of the group do not have to collect at the same time, but it will not be possible for another member to collect your ticket on your behalf. To help save time when collecting tickets, we advise members to know the name of the lead booker in their order and although not essential, we would encourage members to collect their tickets as a group.
