The report has been prepared on behalf of Lark Ellen Aged Care, the owners and operators of the facility. 1.2 THE STUDY AREA The study area is Lots 24, 25 & 28 in DP 9306 (Lark Ellen Aged Care) and three residential properties to the south in Lots 14, 20 and 21 in DP 9306 (Figure 1.1).
