How do I initiate coverage? • Contact ProAdvantage Program Sales Manager • Pre-enrollment inspection at Textron Aviation Service Facility • Enrollment fee based on aircraft and/or engine history/warranty and service bulletin status • Model specific hourly costs • Net30 Account with Textron Aviation Program Sales Team How to Report Hours Reporting Hours – Set up a user profile on the Beechcraft website to submit the flight hour report by the 5th day following the end of each month. www.beechcraft.com/customer_support/support_plus/flighthour_report.aspx Ordering Parts Phone: 1.800.835.4000 or 1.316.517.5603 E-mail: [email protected] (domestic) or [email protected] (international) On-Line: parts.txtav.com (new e-commerce site) How to Submit Claims • Part ordered via parts.txtav.com, file claim through parts.txtav.com • All Parts: Complete a TAPD claim form or parts.txtav.com web claim for Program consideration within 14 days from the aircraft release to service date. Parts must be returned within 14 days of claims being filed. • All Parts priced $500 and above must be returned along with the return authorization paperwork provided through the TAPD claim process on parts.txtav.com website. • Exceptions: – All serialized parts must be returned (excluding tires) – All parts with a core deposit must be returned – All instruments must be returned – All Reject parts (zero time-out of box failures) must be returned • Any part can be requested to be returned; so we require that you hold all parts for a minimum of 5 days following the claim settlement. After that time, the part may be scrapped locally. • NOTE: Tires worn beyond limits do not need to be returned; however, a claim must be filed for consideration.
