At Corramore, we recognise the significance of reducing the carbon footprint and also the importance of continually improving our environmental performance thus creating a better future for us all.

This project, on which phase 1 was completed in March 2009, was the construction of a new weir and pen stock on the Ballynahinch River. The Weir formed an 1.20m head and included the construction of a salmon leap. The pen stock length was 220m to give an overall head from the Weir to the turbine house of some 18 metres.
