COLORADO SPRINGS (August 20, 2018) – Pikes Peak Center for the Performing Arts and iHeartRadio are excited to announce that two of ’s next generation of stars, Carly Pearce and Trent Harmon of , will perform in concert in Colorado Springs for one night only on Sunday, November 4 at 6:30 p.m.

Pearce was destined for country music stardom – at the age of 11 she began touring with a local band in Kentucky where she was born; at the age of 16 she left public school to be home-schooled so that she could accept a job performing at Dollywood; and after many odd jobs over the years, Pearce now has a chart topping, No. 1 debut album, “Every Little Thing.” The album earned Pearce her first Academy of Country Music Awards nomination in April 2018 for New Female Vocalist of the Year and the CMT Music Award for Breakthrough Video of the Year, among others accolades. SiriusXM chose Pearce for their all- genre “Class of 2017” and CMT rallied behind her as a “Next Woman of Country” alumni, while People magazine deemed her the “new voice of country.”

The winner of the 15th and final season of the original American Idol, Harmon was born in Mississippi and grew up singing in church and performing in musicals in high school. After competing for a spot on The Voice in 2014, Harmon won American Idol in 2016 and a contract with Big Machine Records with whom he still works today. In May 2018 Harmon released his debut album “You Got ‘Em All,” from which the title track was released in February 2018.
