PROPERTY OVERVIEW

The parking lot for the Stryker Building and the First Church of Christ, Scientist is located on the southeast corner of 11th and N. Robinson. The lot is paved with compressed asphalt with two curb cuts onto N. Robinson and with contiguous alley access to the east, allowing an entrance/exit to NW 11th . The lot does provide parking space bumpers but, has some deferred maintenance with some weed intrusion and fading striping. The parking lot currently contains 62 parking spaces MOL.

MAPS 3 STREETCAR ROUTE

The City of Oklahoma City has approved and adopted a Resolution on February 21st, 2017 declaring and determining the necessity of acquiring permanent easements over, across and under 156 square feet MOL of the northeast corner of the Stryker Building and a tract of land in Lots 7,8 and 9 of Block 2, which is a portion of the northwest section of the parking lot, containing 3,313 square feet MOL. Of the approximately 62 parking spaces in the lot, 11-12 spaces appear to be lost to the trolley. While losing about 16-18% of the existing lot and one curb-cut access to the parking lot, both buildings gain a direct, on-street access point to the street car line.
