IN AN EFFORT TO INFORM PARENTS AS TO WHO WILL BE INTERACTING WITH THEIR CHILDREN, THE FORT WAYNE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT PRESENTS: THE 2021 FRANKE PARK DAY CAMP STAFF BIOGRAPHICAL PORTRAITS Samantha Allen is a 2018 graduate of Saint Mary’s College. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She is a fifth year counselor at Franke Park Day Camp. She is currently teaching English Language Learners at Levan Scott Academy for Fort Wayne Community Schools. Trevor Campbell is a 2016 graduate of Ball State University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts Education. He recently accepted a teaching position at Canterbury High School after teaching five years at Concordia Lutheran High School. This is his ninth year on staff at Franke Park Day Camp and his third year as the camp’s Assistant Supervisor. Emma Case is a senior at the University of Southern California majoring in Environmental Studies. She is a third year counselor at Franke Park Day Camp. She has worked with children as a Counselor-In-Training at Franke Park Day Camp, as a child care provider, and as a volunteer at Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Ben DiGregory is a sophomore at Purdue University Fort Wayne majoring in Elementary Education. He is a second year counselor at Franke Park Day Camp. He has worked with children as a Counselor-In-Training at Franke Park Day Camp, as an instructional assistant, and as an event planner at Promenade Park. Harrison Dinius is a sophomore at Indiana University majoring in Law and Public Policy. He is a second year counselor at Franke Park Day Camp. He has worked with children as a Counselor-In-Training at Franke Park Day Camp and as a mentor in the Boy Scouts of America where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout. Megan Driver is a sophomore at North Central College majoring in Exercise Science. She is a first year counselor at Franke Park Day Camp. She has worked with children as a child care provider, as an intern at Turnstone Center, and as a volunteer at various sport camps. Kelsey Erexson is a 2018 graduate of Leo Junior/Senior High School. He is a third year counselor at Franke Park Day Camp. He has worked with children as a Counselor-In-Training at Franke Park Day Camp, as a child care provider, and as an assistant with theatrical musicals. Nick Fecher is a sophomore at the University of Saint Francis. He is a first year counselor at Franke Park Day Camp. He has worked with children as a Counselor-In-Training at Franke Park Day Camp, as a child care provider, and as a tutor. Spencer Fey is a 2018 graduate of Carrol High School. He is a second year counselor at Franke Park Day Camp. He has worked with children as a Counselor-In-Training at Franke Park Day Camp and as an instructor in dance, musical theatre, and vocal performance. Chris Freehill is a 1983 graduate of Ball State University. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and a master’s degree from Indiana University in Elementary Education. He is currently teaching third grade at Forest Park Elementary School for Fort Wayne Community Schools. This is his forty-fourth year on staff at Franke Park Day Camp and his thirty-first year as the camp’s supervisor. Rhiannon Freimuth is a 2021 graduate of Indiana University. She holds bachelor degrees in Contemporary Dance and Theatre. She is a third year counselor at Franke Park Day Camp. She has worked with children as Counselor-In-Training at Franke Park Day Camp, as a dance instructor, and as a volunteer with various children’s organizations. Charlie Hauptstueck is a sophomore at Holy Cross College majoring in Biology. He is a first year counselor at Franke Park Day Camp. He has worked with children as a Counselor-In-Training at Franke Park Day Camp and as a volunteer at the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo. Alexis Madden is a 2020 graduate of Anderson University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Dance. She is a fourth year counselor at Franke Park Day Camp. She has worked with children as a Counselor-In-Training at Franke Park Day Camp and as a dance instructor. She recently accepted a teaching position in Theatre Arts at Snider High School for Fort Wayne Community Schools. Lydia Martin is a 2021 graduate of Ivy Tech Community College. Jackson McKinney is a 2021 graduate of Concordia Lutheran High School. He plans to attend Purdue University Fort Wayne majoring in Theatre and Musical Theatre. Katie Nix is a sophomore at Purdue University majoring in Industrial Design. She is a first year counselor at Franke Park Day Camp.
