Google Talk. Takođe prave pravila o zloupotrebi javnog chat-a. Decembra 2005. , dok je u junu 2009. godine zabilježeno preko 330 miliona aktivnih korisnika svakog mjeseca. Osim chatovanja kratkim porukama, Windows Live Messenger omogućava videochat. MSN Messenger(prva verzija programa) 4 -MSN Messenger 1 (1.0.0863) Prvo izdanje produkta, izdato 22. jula 1999. godine -MSN Messenger 2 (2.0.0083) Izdat 16. novembra 1999. godine. -MSN Messenger 3 (3.0.0080) Izdat 29. maja 2000. godine. -MSN Messenger 4.6 Izdat 23. oktobra 2001. godine. -MSN Messenger 5 Izdat 24. oktobra 2002. godine. -MSN Messenger 6 Izdat 17. jula 2003. godine. -MSN Messenger 6.1 Izdat 23. oktobra 2003. godine. -MSN Messenger 6.2 Izdat 22. aprila 2004. godine. -MSN Messenger 7.0 Izdat 7. aprila 2005. godine. -MSN Messenger 7.5 Izdat 23. augusta 2005. godine. Windows Live Messenger (sing in prozor) -Windows Live Messenger 5 2. Osnovali su ga Šveđani Niklas Zennström and Dane Janus Friis. Skype nudi brojeve u: Australiji, Čileu, Danskoj, Estoniji, Finskoj, Francuskoj, Njemačkoj, Mađarskoj, Irskoj, Italiji, Japanu, Koreji, Meksiku, Malti, Holandiji, Hovom Zelandu, Poljskoj, Rumuniji, Švajcarskoj, Švedskoj, Južnoj Africi, Hong Kong-u, Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu i Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama. Messenger neki koriste i Yahoo! 11 7. Google Talk (GTalk) je besplatna Windows i web instant message apilikacija kreirana od strane Google Inc.-a.

  • Google Talk: Is It Ready for the Enterprise?
Research Publication Date: 16 April 2009 ID Number: G00166834 Google Talk: Is It Ready for the Enterprise? David Mario Smith, James Lundy This report discusses the Google Talk instant messaging product and its suitability for enterprises. This is important for companies which are looking at alternatives to IBM and Microsoft for messaging and collaboration. Key Findings • Google Talk IM is based on the Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP) and Jingle protocols. • To get enterprise-level support for Google Talk, companies have to purchase the full Google Apps Premier Edition (GAPE) suite. • Enterprise users are already using the Google Talk and Gmail free services. Recommendations • Enterprises making collaboration decisions should include the Google Apps portfolio as part of an effort to compare the economics of their current incumbent provider vs. similar services provisioned in the cloud. © 2009 Gartner, Inc. and/or its Affiliates. Willy Wonka was a brilliant CEO who knew that the only person who could protect his trade was himself. Wonka’s story translates superbly into today’s corporate world, and in this issue we are discussing how the contemporary big players are maintaining their edge and success over their competitors. This is equally relevant for small and medium-sized businesses, who really don’t prioritise their trade secrets, making their advantage extremely vulnerable. In the technology section we analyse the delicate matter of hearing aid systems. They’re everywhere, including in corporate meeting rooms, and nobody really considers these as a threat. We’re examining how to achieve a balance between protecting valuable corporate information without creating an embarrassing situation that in turn could lead to reputational damage! Our extra section may give you a wrong impression this time. No, we’re not teaching you how to spy, this is not our bag.

Abstract— Instant Messengers(IM) are the most commonly like Pidgin, Adium using the standard XMPP protocol. The used interacting method to communicate with people main advantage of using a decentralized architecture is that worldwide. IM presence is felt in multicast (chat rooms) and it allows client developers to focus on user experience and one-to-one message exchange between different kind of server developers to focus on reliability and scalability. The client entities. IM using eXtensible Messaging and Presence servers incorporate important security features such as Protocol (XMPP) as the base protocol is able to provide near authentication, channel encryption. real-time text-based communication through the use of The following are the components of the XMPP XML. Social media networks like gtalk, ejabberd, facebook architecture: employ XMPP. XMPP can be implemented with servers as well as without servers. XMPP is not only used in IM but also collaborative services like sensor networks, multiplayer games and Internet-of-Things (IoT) as they require real-time event publication and distribution. In this paper we briefly describe XMPP and its usage in IM and also discuss the market share of XMPP. Key words: XMPP, Social Media Networks, Collaborative Services, Internet of things, Near Real-time communication I. HISTORY OF XMPP AND LESSONS LEARNT As discussed in [1], based on TCP, DNS and SSL and built as a client-server architecture XMPP prophesied for simple Fig.
