    A Consortium led by APG has agreed to acquire a co-controlling stake in Stockholm Exergi from Fortum Helsinki, 30 June 2021 – Fortum has agreed to sell its 50% holding in Stockholm Exergi Holding AB (the “Company” or “Stockholm Exergi”) to a group of long-term European institutional investors with a strong commitment to the infrastructure sector comprising APG, PGGM, Alecta, Keva and AXA IM Alts (together, the “Consortium”). Stockholm Exergi is the owner and operator of the largest and most versatile district heating and district cooling network in the Nordics. The Company provides highly environmentally sustainable district heating for both corporate and residential customers across seven municipalities in Stockholm County, and critical electricity capacity to the Stockholm electricity grid. In this role, he will lead AEGON's treasury and capital management activities. He will report to Michiel van Katwijk, Executive Vice-President. Herman Bril has worked for Interpolis (part of Achmea) as Managing Director, Head of Asset Management for over three years. He has been closely involved in the integration of Achmea's Pension Division over the past year. Het laatste gedeelte van de herkapitalisatie, € 0,49 mrd, zal in de vorm van aandelenkapitaal aan ABN AMRO Group beschikbaar worden gesteld. • Bij FBN is € 1,35 mrd aan vreemd vermogen omgezet in eigen vermogen. • Voor afrekening met consortiumpartners is € 0,74 mrd gereserveerd, waarvan inmiddels € 0,44 is besteed. • Wel onderdeel van de herkapitalisatie, maar geen investering is het credit relief instrument, een garantie die de Staat heeft afgegeven op een hypotheekportefeuille. Door deze garantie behoefde ABN AMRO € 1,7 mrd minder kapitaal aan te houden.     AXA PRESS RELEASE PARIS, 26 FEBRUARY 2016 Resolutions submitted to AXA’s Shareholders’ Meeting of April 27, 2016 AXA announces the publication of the resolutions proposed by its Board of Directors to the next Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on April 27, 2016 at 2:30 pm at the Palais des Congrès in Paris (75017) in the Bulletin des annonces légales obligatoires. In addition to an increase of the dividend (€1.10), Shareholders will be asked to approve the following principal resolutions: . Re-appointment as directors of Messrs. Stefan Lippe and François Martineau. Appointment as directors of Mrs. Irene Dorner and Mrs. Angelien Kemna. Mrs. Irene Dorner worked for nearly 30 years in the banking sector for the HSBC Group in Europe, Asia and the United States, holding several positions until 2014, including the position of President & Chief Executive Officer of HSBC USA. Mrs. Angelien Kemna worked during almost 20 years in the financial sector in the Netherlands for the Robeco and ING Groups, where she initially held the position of Global Chief Investment Officer and subsequently Chief Executive Officer for the European region before joining APG Group N.V. where she currently holds the position of Chief Finance & Risk Officer. Appointment of the director representing the employee shareholders of the AXA Group. Three candidates designated by the AXA employee shareholders will be submitted to the Shareholders’ vote. The Board of Directors has decided to recommend that the Shareholders vote in favor of the re-appointment of Mrs. Doina Palici-Chehab to serve as member of the Board of Directors.
