This Williams County Youth Health Assessment is a result of the dedicated efforts of community members participating in the Partnerships for Success strategic planning process. This report will provide a basis for local decision making, planning and grant writing to support the youth of our county. This youth health assessment gives us the opportunity to glance into our community as well as our region, state and nation. The data presented in this report will provide valuable information to develop strategies that focus on wellness, access to care, and unmet community needs.
