NOTICE SAINT LUCIA DECLARATION OF ACQUISITION PURSUANT TO SECTION 3 OF THE LAND ACQUISITION ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 5.04) And IN THE MATTER of a Declaration by the Governor General acting on the advice of Cabinet that a Parcel of land situate at Beausejour Estate, Quarter of Choiseul in the island of Saint Lucia is likely to be acquired for a public purpose.

DECLARATION OF ACQUISITION OF LAND

WHEREAS, it is enacted by Section 3 of the Land Acquisition Ordinance Chapter 5.04 that if the Governor General acting on the advice of Cabinet considers that any land should be acquired for a public purpose, she may cause a Declaration to that effect to be made;
