Resumo Holdefer DR, Garcia FRM. 2015. Análise faunística de cerambicídeos (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae) em floresta subtropical úmida brasileira. Entomotropica 30(13): 118-134. O trabalho objetivou caracterizar a assembleia de cerambicídeos presente em fragmento de Floresta Subtropical Úmida do sul brasileiro, através de análise faunística, e dos índices de diversidade. Também comparar a eficiência de amostragem dos modelos de armadilha Malaise e armadilha atrativa. No fragmento as armadilhas foram distribuídas na área central e de borda, entre outubro 2005/outubro 2006. Amostrou-se 63 espécies distribuídas em Cerambycinae (S = 28) e Lamiinae (S= 35). Verificou-se a presença de 37 espécies raras, pouco frequentes, acidentais e não dominantes e quatro predominantes: Nyssodrysina lignaria, Eurysthea lacordairei, Chydarteres dimidiatus dimidiatus e Batus hirticornis. A Malaise amostrou maior riqueza, enquanto a atrativa foi mais equitativa. A assembleia de cerambicídeos, através do grande número de espécies raras, baixa constância e dominância, apresentou-se rica e diversa dentro do fragmento em sucessão. -

Descriptions, transferences and notes on Apomecynini (Coleoptera, Ccrambycidae, Lamiinae). The following new species are described from Brazil : Falsischno/ea apicalis sp. n. , Dorcas/a sillgu/aris sp. n. and Paraesylacris candida sp. n. and from Venezuela: Amphicllaeia piriana sp. n. and A. zonata sp. n. New synonymsestablished: Aces/ril/a apicalis Breuning, 1942 and A. s/randi el/a Breuning, 1943 =A. minima Bates. 1885. Bisa//es acu /ipellnis Thomson. 1868 is transferred to the genus A/axia Haldeman. 1847 (Pteropliini). Falsesto/a Breuning, 1940 is conside red a synonym of Hesyclw Fairmaire & Germain. 1859 and transferred to the tribe Onciderini . Bento1 Received: 13 October 2017 /Revised: 15 January 2018 /Accepted: 4 February 2018 /Published online: 12 February 2018 # Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2018 Abstract During field screening trials conducted in Brazil in 2015, adults of both sexes of the cerambycid beetles Cotyclytus curvatus (Germar) and Megacyllene acuta (Germar) (subfamily Cerambycinae, tribe Clytini) were significantly attracted to racemic 3- hydroxyhexan-2-one and racemic 2-methylbutan-1-ol, chemicals which previously have been identified as male-produced aggregation-sex pheromones of a number of cerambycid species endemic to other continents. Subsequent analyses of samples of beetle-produced volatiles revealed that males of C. curvatus sex-specifically produce only (R)-3-hydroxyhexan-2-one, where- as males of M. acuta produce the same compound along with lesser amounts of (2S,3S)-2,3-hexanediol and (S)-2-methylbutan-1- ol. Follow-up field trials showed that both sexes of both species were attracted to synthetic reconstructions of their respective pheromones, confirming that males produce aggregation-sex pheromones. The minor pheromone components of M. acuta,(S)-2- methylbutan-1-ol and (2S,3S)-2,3-hexanediol, synergized attraction of that species, but antagonized attraction of C. -

An additional 137 species and two tribes are added to the cerambycid fauna of Bolivia while 12 species are deleted. This brings the total number of species known from Bolivia to 1,561.
