Guest Evacuation Training Updates

We have some important news regarding Guest Evacuation Training. As you know, we are required to do evacuation training every two years. That means anyone who last had GET in 2016 is due for a refresher.

Cinema at the Square Vouchers Body of Work July 24 Once again, Playhouse Square has offered vouchers to RedCoats so you can see Allen Theatre the Cinema at the Square films for free! Vouchers are located in the Volunteer Room. Each voucher can be used at the ticket office to receive two free tickets to Hubbard Street Dance Chicago one of the films. July 28 Connor Palace This voucher may not be used for “One of the Great Ones” (A Bronx Tale Screening) on August 4th. Connor Palace  SA E 8/4 6:15pm The band represents the convergence of both black and white American music culture with various accents from around the world.

Formed in 2003 by bassist and primary composer Michael League, the band started as a group of college friends at the University of North Texas’ Jazz Studies program. Three years later, they transformed their music into something funkier, more direct, and more visceral. SA M 6/30 4:30pm

JazzFest – Vendor Check In

We just received a request for 2-4 volunteers to help JazzFest vendors check-in. This would only be checking paperwork, no physical labor. We will be offering double hours for this since it is a last-minute need.
