Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) Experiences: all attendees should find enclosed in the event packet a BTS Experience voucher. Please proceed to the BTS Experience tables, where one of ACE’s volunteers will provide you with a ticket indicating which requested BTS Experience you have been assigned to. Attendees must keep the ticket and bring it with them to participate. Attendees who didn’t submit a request in advance for a BTS Experience, as well as those whose requests were unable to be honored because of demand, will be able to visit the table and choose a BTS Experience that has availability. There are enough that every attendee will have at least one opportunity. Once all attendees have had the opportunity to sign up for a BTS Experience, if additional openings remain, they’ll be made available for attendees to sign up for a second experience. Please pay close attention to announcements during the convention for such information. We do apologize if you don't receive the BTS Experience of your choice. With a labor shortage and high volume of attendees, it's been a challenge, and we applaud our host parks for making these tours available for ACE. Please see Melinda Gaspari for BTS Experiences assistance.
