Svensk Stuteribok För Fullblod (Svsf) SVENSK STUTERIBOK FÖR FULLBLOD (SvSF) BAND 29 Utarbetad av Monica Wolf Utgiven av SVENSK GALOPP ISSN 0283-6904 Scandinavian Racing Bureau AB, Djursholm, 2011 Mångfaldigande och bokbinderi Lasertryk A/S, Århus, Danmark Förord Den 29:e upplagan av Svensk Stuteribok för fullblod är den tredje som upprättats i Svensk Galopps datasystem. 2007 infördes hingsttypen ”Ej avelsvärderad hingst” och hingstypen ”Egen hingst” tas bort enligt EU:s direktiv då restriktioner för hingstar inte längre får finnas. Från 2002 DNA-typas fölen i samband med fölregistreringen. Från samma år utfärdas även pass, utförda enligt EU:s direktiv, till de registrerade fölen. 2004 bytte Svenska Galoppförbundet namn till Svensk Galopp. Uppläggningen av Svensk Stuteribok följer internationella bestämmelser. I stuteriboken får bara införas engelska fullblod. Så kallade B-registrerade fullblodshästar redovisas därför i en särskild publikation. Den första stuteriboken i Sverige utkom 1872 med titeln ”Nordiska Stuteriboken” på Nordiska Jockeyklubbens förlag. Redaktör var den kände hippologen Carl Gustaf Wrangel. Band 29 omfattar åren 2005-2009. Boken grundar sig på hingsthållarnas insända språngrul- lor med uppgifter om betäckningar samt följande års rapporter om betäckningsresultat. Registreringarna bygger dessutom på stoägarnas uppgifter om fölning samt språngsedel, sig- nalementsbeskrivning och blod-/DNA-typning. Har sto betäckts med mer än en hingst sker faderskapsprövning på avkomman. Faderskapet avgörs genom blodprov/DNA-typning och anges i stuteriboken vid stoet. Har stoet dött eller exporterats anges även detta. Utgivaren påtar sig inget ekonomiskt ansvar för eventuella felaktigheter i detta band. Registreringsnumren fr o m 1998 består av totalt 11 tecken, varav tre får vara bokstäver (oftast landsko- den), resten skall vara siffror som till exempel kan innehålla kod för ras. I Sverige börjar numren med SWE varefter det följs av en etta eller tvåa. En etta innebär att hästen är ett engelskt fullblod. En tvåa är ett så kallat övrigt fullblod som registreras och publiceras i B-registret. Därefter följer ett datasatt löpande nummer. Exempel: SWE10001234 betyder att det är ett svenskfött engelskt fullblod. 752SWE00000000T anger inregistreringsnumret för svenskfödd engelsk fullblodshäst i Svensk Galopps register för fullblod född efter 2007. 00000000T i fölningslista anger fölets inregistreringsnummer i Svensk Galopps register för fullblod födda efter 2007 (bokstäverna 752SWE visas inte). För föl födda from 2008 införs UELN-nummer, registreringsnumren består av totalt 15 tecken, varav de tre första är koden för rasen i registerlandet, de tre följande står för i vilket land hästen är född därefter följer ett datasatt löpande nummer som sedan avslutas med ”T” (Thoroughbred) som innebär att hästen är ett engelskt fullblod. Exempel: 752SWE00000123T betyder att det är ett svenskfött engelskt fullblod. 6 Rules of registration (reglementariska bestämmelser) Definition of a Thoroughbred A Thoroughbred is a horse which is recorded in the Thoroughbred Stud Book of the country of its foaling, that Stud Book having been granted Approved status by the International Stud Book at the time of its official recording. 1. Thoroughbred pedigree qualification 1.1 For a horse to be eligible to be registered as a Thoroughbred in the Swedish Stud Book the following requirements must be met: 1.1.1 The horse must be the product of a mating between a sire and a dam, both of which are re- corded in an approved Thoroughbred Stud Book or either or both must have been promoted from a Non-Thoroughbred register under the terms set out in Article 13 paragraph 4.1 of the International Agreement on Breeding, Racing and Wagering, or 1.1.2 a foal may be promoted from the Non Thoroughbred Register (B-Register) published by the Swedish Stud Book when the following conditions are all satisfied: a) The horse can prove satisfactorily eight consecutive crosses with ”Thoroughbred” inclu- ding the cross of which it is the progeny. b) The horse can show in its pedigree, such performances in racing open to thoroughbreds as to warrant its assimilation with them. c) The promotion is approved by the unanimous agreement of the International Stud Book Committee. 1.1.3 Animals which do not qualify registered in The Swedish Studbook can be registered in Swedish Jockey Club’s B-Register the “Non thoroughbred register”. 2. Broodmare / stallion registration 2.1 Identity verification Before any stallion or mare can be registered in the Swedish Stud Book as breeding stock the animal’s identity must be established. a) By the completion by the animal’s owner of the appropriate stallion or broodmare re- gistration form, recording the animal’s registered name, colour, markings, age, pedigree, present owner, and previous history. b) By tracing the animal through all its ownerships since
