PRE-SCORING CHECKLIST 1. To update Scores and Statistics, an administrator must have the following permissions:  Scorekeeper OR  Total Access

GAME SCORES* *Scores can only be added to past events.

Add Game Scores To add scores to your games: 1. Go to Schedules & Games > Game Scores & Stats. 2. Select your Session and/or Division and/or Team. 3. Under Click Add Score next to the game. 4. Enter the Score for the Home and Away Teams.  You can also choose the Scoring Type: Regulation or Overtime. 5. Indicate whether or not you would like to Email this score and next game reminder to these teams? 6. Once complete, click Add Score.

Edit Game Scores To edit scores of your games: 1. Go to Schedules & Games > Game Scores & Stats. 2. Select your Session and/or Division and/or Team. 3. Under Click Edit Score next to the game. 4. Edit the score for the Home and Away Teams. 5. Indicate whether or not you would like to Email this score and next game reminder to these teams? 6. Once complete, click Add Score.

Delete Game Scores To delete game scores: 1. Go to Schedules & Games > Game Scores & Stats. 2. Select your Session and/or Division and/or Team. 3. Under Click Edit Score next to the game. 4. Remove the scores for the Home and Away Teams. (Fields should be blank) 5. Indicate whether or not you would like to Email this score and next game reminder to these teams? 6. Once complete, click Add Score.

STATISTICS* *Statistics can only be added to past events.

Sports Illustrated Play has pre-configured all sport specific statistics according to the links below:  Baseball/Softball  Basketball  Football  Lacrosse  Soccer  Bowling  Volleyball  Hockey

Configure Statistics Sport specific statistics are set at the program level. Each program will automatically inherit the identified sport of the organization. If your organization’s identified sport is Multi-Sport, each program will inherit Baseball statistics by default.

Update Program Sport Setting To update the sport setting of your program: 1. Go to Registrations > Manage Programs. 2. Select your Program. 3. Click Settings. 4. Under the General Settings section of the form, choose the program’s sport from the dropdown. 5. Once complete, click Save. 6. Repeat the steps above for each applicable program.

Enable/Disable Statistics After configuring your program’s sport, you can then adjust which statistics are available to track, and posted to your organization’s website. To do this: 1. Go to Setup > Website Settings > Statistics. 2. Select your Program. 3. You can choose whether or not you would like to capture all statistics or choose those statistics you wish to report on.  To disable statistic tracking for your program, select Off.  To disable specific statistics, uncheck Active next to the respective statistic. Be sure to click Save after updating individual statistic tracking.

Add Statistics To add statistics: 1. Go to Schedules & Games > Game Scores & Stats.

2. Select your Session and/or Division and/or Team. 3. Under actions, click Add Stats next to the applicable game.  You cannot enter statistics for a game without scores. 4. Select the Team. 5. Enter all applicable statistics. 6. Once complete, click Save.

Edit Statistics To edit statistics: 1. Go to Schedules & Games > Game Scores & Stats. 2. Select your Session and/or Division and/or Team. 3. Under actions, click Edit Stats next to the applicable game. 4. Select the Team. 5. Edit all applicable statistics. 6. Once complete, click Save.

STANDINGS Standings are configured at the program level. You can configure standings based on games behind and points based, with a tiebreaker method.

To update your standings: 1. Go to Setup > Website Settings > Standings. 2. Select your Program. 3. Update your standings configuration to your specifications. 4. Once complete, click Save.
