Application procedure
APPLICATION PROCEDURE (after the official nomination)
In order to apply for admission at the University of Rijeka you need to fill in the Online Erasmus
Application Form (http://www.uniri.hr/erasmus/application_form/) and upload all relevant documents:
- Erasmus Application Form (filled in electronically and signed by student and sending institution coordinators) - Learning Agreement proposal (signed by student and sending institution coordinators) - Transcript of Records (in English language, signed by authorized persons) - Copy of Passport or ID card - 1 passport-size photo
NOTE: For students coming at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences it is important to provide proof of sufficient knowledge of the English language, meaning at least B2. You will have to attach to your application a language certificate issued by your faculty or other relevant institution.

10 June for the winter semester/whole academic year
10 November for the summer semester

UNIRI faculties/departments decide upon the feasibility of proposed study programmes, and bring a final decision whether Erasmus students will be accepted.
Admission
After the deadlines, we will be sending an Admission Letter and information on living and studying in Rijeka to all students who submitted complete applications and were formally accepted by UNIRI academy/faculty/department.
Language Requirements
Students are expected to have good command of the English language.
NOTE: For students coming at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Studies it is important to provide proof of sufficient knowledge of the English language, meaning at least B2. You will have to
attach to your application a language certificate issued by your faculty or other relevant institution.
