In six years as a collegiate head coach, which includes four seasons at Oklahoma State, Miles has fashioned a 50- 25 overall mark and directed his teams to four bowl games. He is 22-4 overall in his two seasons with the Tigers, giving him more wins in his first two years at the school than any other coach in the history of the program. Born November 10, 1953, Miles earned his degree in economics from Michigan in 1976.
