We reject Bold Gold’s contention that we failed to meet the applicable statutory limitations deadline in issuing the proposed forfeiture and affirm our finding that Bold Gold violated the Commission’s rules requiring 1 The Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture in this case was mistakenly issued to Bold Gold Media Group, Inc. and not to Bold Gold Media WBS, L.P., the licensee of Station WWRR. See Bold Media Group, Inc., Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture, 26 FCC Rcd 967 (Enf. Bur. 2011) (NAL).
