    IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW of the KOSOVO-SERBIA DIALOGUE 5 September 2017 Acknowledgements Implementation Review of the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue is published by the Program on Peace-building and Rights at Columbia University’s Institute for the Study of Human Rights. It includes findings and policy recommendations. The report is based on field research and interviews conducted in Kosovo and Serbia with scores of government officials and prominent members of civil society, including Kosovo Serbs (July/August 2017).
