A total of 14 interviewees read notice of the job vacancy for which they applied in the Paducah Sun. One interviewee was referred by West Kentucky Community and Technical College (an organization that had requested notice of job openings). Two job candidates applied after hearing about vacancies through Bristol Broadcasting Company’s participation in Career Day at Murray State University and were interviewed. The remainder of the interviewees for job vacancies during the Applicable Period learned about the vacancies for which they applied through in-house Bristol Broadcasting Company sources (i.e. bulletin board announcements, websites, employee word-of-mouth, on-air announcements, etc.).

While Bristol Broadcasting Company is disappointed that the list of Specialized Recruitment Sources did not produce any interviewees during the Applicable Period, it believes nonetheless that the list is rather comprehensive and (along with the other methods utilized) does provide wide dissemination of job openings. Additionally, more than a dozen names were added to the list of Specialized Recruitment Sources at the beginning of the Applicable Period.
