CRAIG PINKERTON Associate SID/Basketball In his eighth year at Tennessee is Associate Sports Information Director Craig Pinkerton. A 1994 graduate of Kansas State University, Pinkerton has been work- ing with the men’s basketball team since 2000. The Wichita, Kan., native came to Tennessee after spending two years as an Assistant SID at K-State, where he served as the primary contact for men’s basketball and the secondary contact for football. Prior to that, Pinkerton spent four years at the University of Kansas, including three as an Assistant SID. TOM SATKOWIAK Assistant SID/Baseball Tom Satkowiak was named Assistant Sports Information Director at Tennessee in September 2005. A Bay City, Mich., native, Satkowiak spent two years as a graduate assistant at UT before being promoted to the full-time position. Satkowiak works with the Vols’ base- ball team and accompanied the squad to the 2005 College World Series. A 2002 UT communications/public relations graduate, Satkowiak received his master’s in sport studies from Tennessee in 2005. Satkowiak and his wife, the former Brooke Tilley of Athens, reside in Knoxville.
