Grefsnesvågen is situated on the south-west side of Hitra, facing the ocean and a vast archi- pelago of islets, holms and skerries. Angelamfi Grefsnesvågen includes 21 well equipped rorbus and apart- ments, all with TV (Norwegian and German channels), DVD, ISDN, telephone, fully equipped kitchen, dining alcove, lounge, bedroom(s) and large terrace overlooking the bay. All bedrooms in the rorbus are en suite. Apartments come with one or two bathrooms depending on the number of beds.

Grefsnesvågen has diving equipment (not suits) for hire, air tanks and a compressor. Divers staying at Ansnes can fill their tanks at Grefsnesvågen but must supply all other equipment themselves.

7 Angelamfi Ansnes Travelling to Angelamfi Hitra If you are travelling by car or bus from Oslo, follow route E18 out of the city. Then you choose route E6 towards Trondheim. Stay on this route until you reach Klett, just before Trondheim. At Klett, choose E39. Follow E39 to Orkanger. Just before the gas station, after having passed Orkanger, turn right following the sign to Hitra/Agdenes. After appr. 5 minutes, turn left still following the sign to Hitra. Continue streight ahead following the signs until you have passed the tunnel between the main land and Hitra. If you are going to Ansnes follow the main road at Hitra. You pass Fillan, and about 10 minutes Angelamfi Grefsnesvågen later you will see the sign to Ansnes. To get to Grefsnesvågen, follow the main road to and through Fillan. Appr. 15 minutes after passing Fillan, turn left at the sign to Kvenvær. Then go straight ahead for appr. 20 minutes until you see the Grefsnesvågen sign just before you arrive at Kvenvær. The journey from Trondheim (appr. 120 km) takes about 2,5 hours by car or by boat (Kystekspressen from Trondheim or Kristiansund, several departures each day). The boat arrives at Sandstad at Hitra, and from there Angelamfi Hitra might arrange pick up by taxi or bus. It is also possible to arrange helicopter transport from Værnes Airport Trondheim direct to the helipad at Angelamfi Hitra, Grefsnesvågen.
