Opening Date for New Interactive Attraction featuring the Lovable & Globally Popular* ! Let's be George! Curious George Breaks Out of Cartoon World 『Playing With Curious George 』 Opening Saturday, June 30th, 2018!

Let your curiosity take over and go on an adventure with the curious little monkey, George! Universal Studios Japan is proud to announce that the park will open a new show, “Playing With Curious George”, before summer vacation begins on Saturday, June 30th, 2018. The new show is based on the “Curious George” children’s book character, globally popular for over 75 years. Children will love playing with the curious little monkey and letting their curiosity take over in this new interactive attraction that is fun for the whole family.

Feel the excitement as Curious George breaks out of the cartoon world and into the real one! This is your chance to become friends with George! The new attraction combines production technology and props with animation to create one immersive environment. Children will enjoy bursts of bubbles, a cool rush of wind and more as they fully immerse themselves in the colorful world of Curious George.

★Twitter Campaign★ Curious George fans will have an opportunity to be one of the first to experience the new “Playing with Curious George” show by retweeting from the USJ official Twitter account. 10 lucky winners will be chosen by lottery. The Twitter campaign will be launched on the USJ website at 8:00 p.m. today. The website will also feature additional show details as well as the exclusive Curious George themed merchandise and food that will be available for purchase in the park.
