The district which is a destiny of choice, an ideally district situated as a stopover, the convergence centre and the heartbeat of Limpopo and the economic nerve centre of our Province. INTRODUCTION This SODA takes place during the year in which one of the key architects of the free and democratic South Africa, Mr Oliver Reginald Tambo, would have turned 100 years old, had he lived. -
