*PLEASE NOTE RESUME CONTINUES TO 2009, THIS IS RECENT YEARS EXPERIENCE* Education: Bachelors of Science 4 Year Degree in Digital Film Making and Video Production, Graduated in 2010 – Art Institute of California Los Angeles. Personality/Work Ethic: Positive charismatic vibe on and off set. I possess a strong passion for my line of work. I get along very well with superiors, crew, clients, vendors, talents, etc. I am very much a team player. I handle stress very well. I believe if there is a problem, there is always a solution so need to panic. I believe clear and concise communication is key and has a record of all conversations as much as possible. I have a strong work ethic that’s extremely resourceful utilizing all departments/parties to negotiate and accomplish specific goals. I make realistic time sensitive decisions. I think ahead understanding what short term and long-term goals need to be prioritized and delegated. Safety is always on the forefront of my mind.

Held Responsibilities: • Keeping strong repeating relationships with clients. • I have a strong understanding as to what every aspect of production may cost to align concepts with creatives and clients to fit within budgetary parameters. Understanding the scope of work, in the development phase. I understand what every department (Camera Dept, G&E Dept., Production Dept., Art Dept., Locations Dept., Hair/Make Up/Wardrobe Dept., Casting Dept, etc.) may need equipment and personnel wise to be successful and efficient. It could be a simple docu-style type of production to a proper large film shoot in studio or on location. • I have balanced budgets as a producer and production manager making sure that the overall financial number stays at target or below. • I adapt very well when things do not go according to plan. Every issue a production has always has a solution. • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from pre-production, production, and post production workflow meeting all specific deadlines. • Oversee numerous agreements between crew, talent, vendors, etc. including various types of union contracts such as SAG and all the necessary paper work that comes with it such as Exhibit G’s, Talent Agreements, Schedules A’s, etc. • I have coordinated, schedules, and managed shoots arranging crew, negotiating with locations, create/set schedules, create maps, solidifying expectations, organizing equipment. • Fulfilling production payments by reviewing/approving invoices and timecards. Working with payroll companies or issuing checks via check request. • I have created complete organized wrap binders once a project is closed out reconciling all necessary paperwork such as w9’s, w4’s, invoices, start paper work, all contractual agreements, copies of call sheets and maps, etc. • Work with legal department to make sure everything is aligned such as clearances for art work, contractual inquiries, etc. • Understand film permits, unique requirements, and how to obtain them in a timely manner. • Managed and supervised coordinator in executing all shoot logistics including staffing, studio rentals, equipment rentals, expendable rentals, suggesting and securing shoot locations, transportation, meals, and travel/lodging. Create and distribute call sheets for all.

• Supervise reconciliation of p-card and petty cash.

• Manage, approve and track all staff expenses for reimbursement.

Recent Project Spotlight: Fabolous, Chris Brown, Velous “Flipmode” Music Video Production Company: Tre Native, Record Label: Def Jam Island Producer For this video Directed by Gerard Victor, the project went to Los Angeles and was a challenging SAG-AFTRA project. I received a treatment that I put a bid in for a specific budget that I negotiated with the record label and received notice that I had 1 week to produce it. During the pre-production process, I put all logistical elements together including travel accommodations such as flights, hotel stay, and ground transportation. I made sure that all higher up parties were on the same page and negotiated their differences with the video commissioner at the record label, executive producer of the production company, talent, talent management, director, director management, and cinematographer. I have lived in Los Angeles for 5 years from 2007-2012 so I have deep relationships with crew, vendors, locations, film permits, and talent. I landed in Los Angeles on a Saturday morning standing by for the director and talent manager to fly in from New York later that afternoon. Once they landed, I received notice that everything I put together was changing to a completely new treatment/concept. I had scratch nearly everything I put together and produce an entirely new treatment in 1.5 days to meet our Monday morning shoot date over a weekend. Most vendors are not open on the weekend but due to my relationships, I was capable of putting all the new elements I need together ready for Monday. I put together a production team that I managed of 30+ people. Other than our principal artist, I had 20+ A-list talent such as DJ Khalid, Ben Griffin, Tey a na Tay l or, Tory Lanez, Trey Songz, T.I., Draya Michele, Fat Joe, just to name a few. I had 20+ adult and children dancers so I needed to abide by California child labor laws. I had to coordinate and inform all parties involved with the project including the video commissioner, all talent and their management, and crew of last minute changes. We started off with a treatment that involved filming at an outdoor basketball court in downtown Los Angeles and it transitioned to a studio shoot. I overcame many production obstacles during the process such as our caterer no longer capable of serving breakfast and lunch the morning of due to vehicle complications, talent arriving behind schedule, and adding last minute equipment. There was also an additional six shooting days between Los Angeles and New York that wasn’t in the original plan. Throughout the process, I was continuously balancing the budget and ending up meeting our budgeting goals despite the overages. References: References available upon request.
