Navigating Houston’s 10,062-square-mile metropolitan area is a cinch with its easy-to-access interstates and highways, a convenient airport system and endless transportation options.

AIRPORTS Traveling to Houston has never been easier. As the country’s fourth largest airport system, the Houston Airport System serves over 180 cities worldwide, with Bush Intercontinental Airport ranking third in the United States among airports with scheduled non-stop domestic and international service.

GEORGE BUSH INTERCONTINENTAL AIRPORT (IAH) with more than 700 daily departures and 30.8 million domestic passengers passing through its gates in 2013, IAH is the largest airport in Houston. All five terminals are connected by an automated people-mover and underground train. Wi-Fi Internet, retail stores, and more than AD HERE 50 food and beverage outlets ensure a pleasant visit. TAXI CABS HONOR. Nabbing one of the 2,200 cabs that make up Houston’s taxi fleet recently got easier, thanks to an increased number of taxi stands and hailing cab zones downtown.
